United States: Of the 40 million self-identifying blacks, 25% are on food stamps
Of the 268 million self-identifying whites-plus-Hispanics-plus-Asians-plus-Amerindians, 9% are on food stamps in the United States. Another fact that I find interesting is that, per capita, there are at least twice as many black as non-black serial killers.
