Britain: A university vice-chancellor is mulling over an alcohol ban on campus after fears that bars could foster offense to Muslim students

Prof Malcolm Gillies said that the bars at London Metropolitan University could become booze-free as a high percentage of students believe that drinking is immoral. Some 20% of the 30,000 studying at the university are Muslim, Prof Gillies told a conference.
