Black and Latino children are more than three times as likely as whites to grow up in poverty

Young black men are 16 times as likely as whites to be killed and twice as likely to enter adulthood without a high school diploma.

Wrong! They grow up in luxury. You're comparing them to the educated productive white populace of the U.S. When compared to the black and Latino societies whence they came, they never had it so sweet and cushy.
