A Jamaican imam is being deported from Germany because of speeches that argue that practicing homosexuals should be sentenced to death

The deportation order was prepared ahead of an open-air speech Abu Ameena Bilal Philips delivered to about 2,000 Muslims in Frankfurt. He must leave Germany and never return. German law allows for the expulsion of anyone who incites hatred. Philips was born in Jamaica and grew up Canada, and was a communist before he converted to Islam at 25.
