Actually britain is almost at saturation point while the "dumb" Mediterraneans have been keeping out North Africans and Midle Easterns for decades. Britain in many ways is worse of than we in the United States are. I've been going to England about every five years to see family for almost thirty years now and every trip it gets markedly worse and worse.
