A black man who was wanted on charges stemming from the rape of a young child has surrendered, according to the Cuyahoga County Sheriff Department

Cedrick McCoy, 31, was wanted on two counts of felony rape, unlawful sexual conduct with a minor, felonious assault and kidnapping charges. Investigators said the victim was 5 years old.
