England, Scotland and a fair voting system

Minette Marrin explains why Scottish independence would be good for both Scotland and England. At the end of 2006 a famous ICM poll found that 52% of Scots wanted independence from Britain and that 59% of the English favored separation from Scotland. So not only would it be good for Britain but also popular with both the English and the Scots.
